Shah Rukh Khan recently took to Twitter to praise the members of his Trinbago Knight Riders team for reaching out to the needy in tough times of Coronavirus

Shah Rukh Khan Hails His Trinbago Knight Riders Team For Distributing Food Packets Among The Needy Amidst Coronavirus Lockdown
Shah Rukh Khan has been doing everything he can to help India fight the deadly Coronavirus. Not only he made hefty donations, King Khan even opened up his office to convert it into a quarantine centre for all suffering from the virus. He also became a part of One World by Global Citizen and I For India concert to raise funds for those in need. Now, he has taken to his social media handle to praise his team, Trinbago Knight Riders who provided food to the needy.

On Twitter, the proud owner of Trinbago Knight Rider, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "@tkriders collaborated with HADCO Ltd. to 'Do the Knight thing' & distribute as many as 1k food hampers to the needy who are struggling because of the lockdown in Trinidad & Tobago. Proud of u my boys!" He also shared pictures of team members holding the food packets that were distributed. Cricket icons like Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Darren Bravo, Lendl Simmons and Sunil Narine have joined hands with HADCO for the cause.

The Director of TKR, Venky Mysore, in a statement, said, "We all know the challenge this health crisis has posed. The entire TKR family wants to contribute and play a small role in easing the pain felt by the people of Trinidad & Tobago," as reported by Outlook.


Through social media, Shah Rukh Khan has been continuously motivating all to dedicatedly contribute and stay indoors in order to help the country overcome the nightmare called Coronavirus.
